PRESIDENT SALES - TRI STATE

Chad has been in the pool industry for 15 years. He specializes in pool design and estimating but trained in the field in order to understand every aspect of the pool construction process. He has an extensive knowledge of the pool permitting process in over 50 jurisdictions and 3 states. He currently leads sales for the Tri-State area, focusing on the Greater Chattanooga market.

VICE PRESIDENT SALES AND PRODUCTION - TRI STATE

Joey is a second-generation pool builder. He worked in pool construction, design, and estimating from 1992-2005. He then transitioned to a commercial construction superintendent position, gaining valuable experience estimating and managing multi-million dollar projects. As a member of the Inground Pool Design team, Joey focuses on sales in Georgia and Alabama and oversees pool builds.

BUSINESS MANAGER- I65 CORRIDOR

Noah's journey into the pool industry started with his service in the U.S. Special Operation Forces, including completing the demanding Pararescue (PJ) program. Following his graduation from Brown University, he managed operations for various companies before focusing on business management and sales at Inground Pool Design for North Alabama and Central Tennessee.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Mariah is a member of the Air Force Reserves. She merges a strong background in business with creativity to help design inground pools. She currently assists with sales and business relationships in the Nashville and Central Tennessee areas.

CHIEF OF POOL DESIGN & ESTIMATION - I65 CORRIDOR

After graduation from Ole Miss, Wilson embarked on a career in finance and marketing. Following the events of 9/11, he changed trajectory by joining the U.S. Air Force and became a Special Operations Pararescue Jumper (PJ). Upon completion of military service, Wilson reunited with his fellow PJ brother by joining the Inground Pool Design team and focuses on pool design and sales in the Huntsville/North Alabama area.

WARRANTY- TRI STATE

Aaron has over 15 years in production management experience as a department head, with oversight in quality control and logistics. He brings this skillset to the pool business, where he oversees our warranty department to ensure each pool build is running smoothly.

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN- TRI STATE

Blaine is a second generation plumber, equipment operator, and licensed septic installer. He has extensive pool building experience in the areas of grading, construction, and plumbing.

SENIOR CONSULTANT- TRI STATE

Bill has 40 years of inground pool construction experience. He is familiar with every aspect of the industry. Bill’s current focus is on-site training, quality control, and warranty.

EXCAVATOR- TRI STATE

Chris has 30 years of experience in the pool industry. For the last 20 years, his primary role has been in equipment operation. He is the most seasoned pool excavator in the Southeast, having personally dug and graded over 1000 pools.

VICE PRESIDENT: CONSTRUCTION AND PRODUCTION - TRI STATE

David graduated with a degree in Business and Marketing. He spent many years in the textile industry, managing in both the manufacturing and residential installation divisions. David has also worked in residential construction and renovation. David is intimately involved with the on-site pool construction process, and he oversees pool structural work, concrete reinforcement, plumbing, and grading.

MASTER TECHNICIAN, OPERATOR, AND ADVISOR- TRI STATE

Gregg has been in the pool construction industry for 13 years. His skill set is wide ranging, including pool construction, liner installation and replacement, equipment operation, warranty, salt systems, and control boards.

CO CREW LEAD- I65 CORRIDOR

Jonah has 15 years of experience in the pool industry, both as an electrician and installer. He helps lead the construction crews to ensure an efficient and professional build process.

TECHNICIAN- TRI STATE

Josh has a degree in Georarchaeology and 15 years of project management experience. He has worked in environmental conservation with the Georgia State Park system and is knowledgeable in land and concession agreement management. Josh focuses on liner installation and replacements, safety cover installation and educating clients to maintain their new pools.

PROJECT MANAGER- TRI STATE

Lee graduated with a degree in management and marketing and has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has extensive knowledge in residential home construction and renovation. Lee works throughout the installation process specializing in assembly, concrete reinforcement, and reastablishment of grade after your pool is completed.

SITE MANAGER- I65 CORRIDOR

Mark is a former special operations member, excelling in planning and leadership. He uses those skills at Inground Pool Design to oversee the pool build and provide logistical support and oversight to each project.

CO CREW LEAD- I65 CORRIDOR

Ray has three years of experience installing pools and his dedication and work ethic have propelled him forward. As Co Crew Lead, he helps oversee the build process and makes sure our standards are met at each step.

PROJECT MANAGER- TRI STATE

Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, Sherwin graduated from Berry College with a degree in Health and Physical Education. He was the Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Northwest Georgia for 3 years, and also has extensive plant and manufacturing management experience. Sherwin has trained in all aspects of pool building.

CHIEF EQUIPMENT OPERATOR- I65 CORRIDOR

With over 15 years of experience, Wade is one of our experts in machine operations. He uses these skills to achieve precise excavations, and complete backfills and grading.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND MARKETING ASSISTANT

Alyssa is a member of the Air Force Reserves. Her discipline and dedication are valuable to our company as she provides administrative support to our customers in the Nashville and Huntsville areas and runs our social media channels.

FOUNDER

Ben is a second-generation pool builder. He has 27 years of pool industry experience. He is thankful to be a part of the most experienced team in the Southeast and has watched the corporation grow from one town in northwest Georgia to a household name in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama.

LOGISTICS/SCHEDULING

Ben has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He spent six years with his father’s general construction company in the greater Chattanooga, TN area. During this period he gained valuable knowledge in construction management, logistics, and the permitting process. His skillset transferred well to the pool industry as it relates to pool construction, logistics, warranty, permitting, and sales.

LOGISTICS/MARKETING

Melissa has a degree in Genetics from UGA, and uses her extensive science background to help us behind the scenes with process improvement and marketing to ensure that we are able to offer more efficient pool builds than anyone else.
